BIN School, our continuing education in wine, is like no other class you’ve attended. Fun, irreverent and tasty, you’ll learn about wine and more before you realize what’s happening. Start with Wine Basics, Wine 101 and Wine 102, then graduate to other classes and seminars. BIN School will make you dream fondly of those carefree youthful days without bosses, lost emails or missed deadlines. You'll be begging for homework.

WINE BASICS 101 - Getting Friendly with Your Bottle
An introductory class demystifying some common wine misconceptions and
covering the basics of wine: What wine is and how it's made; how to "taste" wine
rather than "drink" it.
WINE BASICS 102 - Wine Speak: Learning How to Taste and Talk About Wine
Can you tell the difference between thin and fat wines? How about round and
luscious? Or, lean and austere? This class will help to define the language
used to describe wine.
WINE BASICS 103 - Food & Wine Synergy
This class puts it all together. An hour lecture on food and wine pairing
followed by a light 3 course meal with appropriate wines, of course.
WINE BASICS 104 -Wine & Cheese- Two Great Tastes that Taste Great Together

We'll "taste" you through the world of cheese and wine- how to pair the right style of wine

with the right style of cheese. 'Cause in our opinion, nothing tastes better!
Italy at a Glance

We'll take you on a guided tour through this complex and mystifying country- North to South-

Pinot Grigio to Chianti-Piemonte to Sicily, That's amore!

Spain at a Glance

The wine world sat up and took notice when this sleeping giant awoke in the 90's and started

producing stellar wines. Ever wonder what the big deal was? New regions, new grapes, new style,

"new wave," it's more than Rioja. Come travel Spain with us.

France at a Glance

Take a road trip through the wine regions of France: Bordeax to Burgundy, Languedoc to the Rhone Valley.

We'll discuss the grapes, terroir and language of French wines and teach you how to read labels from each region.
By the time you leave class, you'll be saying Oui! Oui!

BIN students receive 20% off when dining before or after A BIN School class.

BIN School Refund and Transfer Policies
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can not attend a BIN School class and would like to transfer to another class you must give notice within 7 days of your purchased class date via email to joanne@bin36.com or forfeit the cost of the tickets. Transfers must occur within 3 months, after 3 months the ticket will be voided.
