DISPEL THE MYTHS
Our mission is to eliminate three of the biggest misconceptions
about wine:
1) Wine is too complicated to understand and, therefore, enjoy.
2) Good wine is simply too expensive.
3) Wine experts are, well, snobby, using an overblown vocabulary
which excludes novice wine students, to say nothing of beer or cocktail
drinkers.
THE ABOVE IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE

| THE TAVERN - The Tavern includes
a stunning zinc-top oval bar set in a 35-foot atrium. The menu, ideally
suited for wine pairing, includes lighter selections and appetizer
sized dishes such as steamed Prince Edward Island mussels, a selection
of pizzettes, and tasty house patés, and list of American artisan
cheeses. Its the perfect spot for a quick lunch or hanging out
with friends in the evenings. |

 |
THE CELLAR - Guests who want to enjoy
a 3-course meal may dine in the Cellar, BIN 36s intimate dining
room. The Cellars low ceiling (only 9 feet) and dramatic cork
wall create the feeling of a wine cellar. Seasonal menu items might
include Slow Roasted Mustard Glazed Salmon or Free Range Rack of New
Zealand Lamb. And if 50 wines by the glass are not enough for you,
our Cellar list offers another 350 by the bottle. |
|
| WINE BAR - Our zinc-top bar is the
perfect choice when youre in the mood for a couple of glasses
or a flight from our list of 50 wines by the glass. Lunch and dinner
menus are available, as well as a selection of American artisan cheese,
after dinner drinks & spirits, and a full bar. |
 |
|
 |
THE MARKET - In the Market, guests
can purchase bottles of wine from our selection of 50 glass pours,
as well as a variety of wine accessories, stylish house wares, BIN
36 exclusive-blend coffees, freshly cut flowers and more. In the evenings,
interactive offerings might include a corkscrew or decanting demonstration,
wine comparisons or a tasting that breaks down the flavor components
of a wine varietal.

|
|
|
| PRIVATE PARTIES - BIN 36 has a private dining area located above the Cellar. Overlooking the Tavern, the Loft is ideally suited for both corporate & personal functions, wine tastings and wine dinners. In addition, the Loft hosts a rotating schedule of wine classes and tastings. |
