BIN 36 wants to share our love of wine and believes the best way to learn
about wine is to drink it. With that in mind, we created our Wines by the
Glass list, arranged by flights, with each wine available by the full or
half glass.
What is a flight? We encourage you to experiment. A wine flight, which is a tasting pour (2.5 oz.) of four different wines served next to each other, is the perfect way to compare, contrast and explore.
What do the BIN #s mean? Each wine is assigned a BIN #, and to take the guesswork out of which wines to pair with which dish, all of our menu items list one or more wine pairings recommended by Wine Director Brian Duncan.

Our mission is to eliminate three of the biggest misconceptions
about wine:
1) Wine is too complicated to understand and, therefore, enjoy.
2) Good wine is simply too expensive.
3) Wine experts are, well, snobby, using an overblown vocabulary
which excludes novice wine students, to say nothing of beer or cocktail
drinkers.
